Refund or cancellation of order is strictly disallowed in our company.

Once the payment/transaction is done, the order is considered as finalised and customer agreed to all the T&C through-out the order process.

We only allow refund for exceptional conditions as below:

1. We have no stock or insufficient stock to fulfil the requirement of your order.

2. Customer received defected items

3. Any other circumstances caused by the mistakes from Racket Lab (Example: wrong pricing, sending wrong item, and etc)
