8.1. RACKET LAB provides professional stringing, grip replacement, edge guard application, and racket maintenance services.
8.2. Once a racket is strung or customised, it is strictly non-refundable.
8.3. Customers must inspect their rackets during drop-off and pick-up.
8.4. RACKET LAB is not responsible for:
- Pre-existing cracks or internal structural weaknesses
- Damage caused by old grommets or frames
- Rackets breaking during or after stringing if the tension requested exceeds recommended limits
8.5. Customers accept full responsibility for choosing their string tension.
