Shipping & Delivery

1. Coverage

- We deliver within Malaysia.

*selected international destinations (soon to be rolled out).

- We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

1.2. Processing Time

Orders placed before 12 noon (Mon–Fri) are processed within 1–3 business days.

1.3. Delivery Time Estimates

- Peninsula Malaysia: 2–5 working days

- East Malaysia: 5–7 working days

- Rural areas: additional 2–3 days

1.4. Delivery Requirements

- You may need to sign upon delivery.

- Check that the seal is intact before signing.

- If the seal is broken, you may refuse to accept the parcel.

1.5. Failed Delivery / Unclaimed Parcels

- Unclaimed parcels may be returned or disposed of by the courier.

- No refunds will be given for uncollected parcels.

1.6. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are strictly non-refundable.

2.2. Customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or clearance charges.

2.3. RACKET LAB is not responsible for customs delays.

2.4. International shipping fees are non-refundable.
